Newsletter data within our business relationship
Type and purpose of processing:
We process the personal date e-mail address that we have received from you as part of our business relationship, in order to send you sporadically up-to-date information about products etc. by e-mail, based on our customer relationship.
The processing is carried out in accordance with Art.6 (1) lit f) GDPR and is used for the transmission of up-to-date information based on the business activities with you.
The recipient of the date is Vivatis GmbH and, if applicable, the processor.
If necessary, we process your personal date for the duration of the business relationship up to a maximum of 2 years after the last joint business activity (order, etc.).
You can object to the use of your e-mail address for receiving the newsletter at any time. You can find a link to unsubscribe at the end of each newsletter or you can send us an e-mail.
Use of font libraries (Google Web Fonts)
In order to display our contents correctly and graphically appealing across all browsers, we use Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/) font libraries on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, content will be displayed in a default font.
Calling font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. In theory, it is possible – but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.
Changes to our data protection regulations
We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply for your next visit.
